"The Norwegian National Swimming Team used Swimcamp-Thailand for their trainingcamps three times over the last couple of years. The flight time is long, but it is very hard to find better service, nicer people, good trainings facilities, food and accommodation. You find everything you need at the same spot. The only thing you need outside the camp is massage, shopping and excursions. The school has cooperation with a SPA-center, where the swimmers get Thai-massage or sports-massage, which cost about 12 USD. The reason that we are going to Swimcamp-Thailand is first of all great facilities for training, the swimmers get excellent condition and training. All the scenic excursions and adventures is just the icing on the cake."

Here you find it all: Good pools (50+25m), start equipment (reaction, relay starts etc.), gym, food and as much bottled water you can drink, hotel standard of the rooms with access to computers. A kitchen with a fridge filled with yoghurt, juice, fruits and sandwiches. Close to shopping areas and nice beaches. You can also rent a boat and go snorkeling or visit a island to a minimal cost. Service minded staff, minibuses and drivers that kept the time perfectly at your service (you decide when and where on the island: PERFECT!) Last but not least: Wonderful weather!"

"For 2 weeks I have had the privilege to be team manager of Team Neptuns Christmas Camp in Phuket, Thailand. In my point of view a perfect camp at a "boarding school" but with no feeling of being trapped at the same place. A flexible transport system and close to shopping and beaches between the workouts eliminates the feeling of living within a gated, secure environment. You have the privilege to live off the tourist areas during the nights wit security 24h but yet able to access it all during the days. From a medical point of view we had a great camp with 197 of 200 workouts (out of 20 swimmers) as at proof that Thailand is a clean and nice place with high hygiene standard with low risk of colds and stomach illness that will affect training. It is important to do a careful acclimatization the first 5 days during both time change and heat acclimatization occurs. After adaptation you have the optimal training environment with generous nourishment included in the price!"
